Crude Oil Storage Terminals
Sizing of two API 650 tanks with capacity of 100,000 bbl each, Pumping station for transfer of crude oil to Pipelines and re-circulating within tanks, LACT units for transfer of ownership.

♦ Preliminary Inputs on plant layout
♦ LACT (Lease Automated Custody Transfer) Unit requirements
♦ Booster Pump capacity to pump into the Pipeline Pumps
♦ Fire Protection System
KED Scope of Work :
♦ Developed Process Design Basis document, Process Flow Diagram, Process and Instrumentation Diagram.
♦ Unit consisted of two 100,000 BBL storage capacity IFR tanks, 12 LACT (385 GPM) Units with capability to pump 8 units to each tank, two-3500 GPM Booster pumps to circulate and / or Pump into Pipeline pumps.
♦ Sizing of Equipment and prepared Datasheet .
♦ Equipment Piping Layout.
♦ Developed Fire Protection System as per NFPA guidelines .
