Natural Gas Processing
KED India has extensive experience in providing engineering design for natural gas processing plants, from the wellhead to the pipeline. Our expertise spans various critical processes, including:
Sweetening Using Amine:
Also known as Amine Treating or Acid Gas Removal, this process removes H₂S and CO₂ from
natural gas to prevent corrosion in downstream equipment. We design systems using DEA,
MEA, and MDEA to ensure efficient gas treatment.

Gas Dehydration Using Glycol:
We specialize in designing TEG-based glycol dehydration systems to remove water vapor from
natural gas. This process prevents hydrate formation and corrosion, ensuring gas quality and pipeline safety.
Mechanical Refrigeration Unit (MRU):
KED India designs MRUs to condense and separate hydrocarbons by cooling the gas stream.
MRUs effectively reduce the hydrocarbon dew point and ensure the removal of heavier
hydrocarbons, enhancing the quality of the natural gas.
H₂S Removal Package Using Solid Adsorbents:
Our H₂S removal packages use solid adsorbents to eliminate H₂S and other corrosive gases, achieving H₂S content below 1 ppm. These systems are highly efficient and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations while maintaining process reliability.
