What is Frontend Regeneration Skid?
A Frontend Renewal A skid is a specialized piece of machinery used in a variety of industrial operations, particularly in the production of petrochemicals and natural gas. It is essential to the regeneration of adsorbents or catalysts employed in procedures like the hydrocarbon processing, natural gas purification, and other chemical procedures.
KED Scope of Work :
♦ 3D Modeling : Performed 3D modeling using CADWorx 2012. Skid dimensions were: 50 ft. Length X 13 ft. Width X 14 ft. Height for both Frontend and Regeneration skid. (Tower above 14 ft. was shipped loose)
♦ Structural Analysis : Performed Structural Analysis in STAAD PRO for Lifting, Transportation and In-Place cases. Also provided BOM for Structural Steel for skid and pipe support.
♦ Piping Isometric Drawings : Provided Isometric drawings with BOM and Pipe support details for all lines (about 60) in the skid.
