Frontend Regeneration Skid – 60 GPM Amine Unit
KED India provided detailed engineering and design services for a 60 GPM Amine Unit comprising Frontend, Regeneration, and Air Cooler Skids. The unit included an Amine Contactor, Heater, Regenerator, Heat Exchangers, Air Cooler, and Pumps. This skid system ensures efficient regeneration of adsorbents or catalysts, enhancing process efficiency and reducing downtime.

KED Scope of Work
- 3D Modeling: Developed using CADWorx 2012. Skid dimensions: 50 ft. Length × 13 ft. Width × 14 ft. Height for both Frontend and Regeneration Skids. (Tower above 14 ft. shipped loose.)
- Structural Analysis: Performed Structural Analysis in STAAD PRO for Lifting, Transportation, and In-Place conditions. BOM for Structural Steel and pipe supports were also provided.
- Piping Isometric Drawings: Delivered detailed isometric drawings with BOM and pipe support details for around 60 lines.
- Equipment & Piping Layout: Developed accurate layouts for equipment and piping to ensure seamless integration.
